If you've been reading my work since the early '70s, you know that I'm a poet first, a novelist and non-fiction writer second. I'm delighted to announce that my seventh book of poetry, Love Comes First, will be published by Tarcher Penguin in January '09. I'm currently at work on a book for my granddaughter and the last Isadora Wing novel.
